The Adalet Wireless DIN rail transmitters and receivers can be employed to transmit a variety of signals including 4 to 20mA, voltage inputs, thermocouples, and RTDs as well as discrete on/off (switch) inputs. RTDs and thermocouples are linearized to temperature. Both the receiver and transmitter are powered from 24 VDC. The receiver can also be configured as a base unit allowing communication with a maximum of 60 transmitters. These devices utilize proven-reliable 900 MHz frequency hopping spread spectrum technology (FHSS). The output power can be adjusted to 1 watt, the maximum allowable by the FCC, to ensure data reception while achieving maximum transmission distance (miles in the case of line-of-site).
